Anysurface created this large-scale interior mural for Balderton Capital in King’s Cross, transforming the waiting room into an immersive and visually engaging environment. Designed to create a sense of openness and escapism within the space, the artwork uses a trompe l’oeil painting style to evoke the feeling of a natural, realistic landscape extending beyond the walls.
Alongside the realistic elements, the mural incorporates a graphic “paint by numbers” motif, symbolising growth, progress, and the evolving journey of the company. The combination of illusionistic painting and contemporary graphic detailing creates a unique balance between playful creativity and refined interior design.
Designed by Acrylicize London, the artwork was hand-painted entirely using emulsion paints over the course of five days, showcasing the precision and craftsmanship of the Anysurface mural team.
